Aquaculture multiuse foldable tanks

Thank you for visiting our website. We are a company based in Central Thailand supplying multiuse foldable tanks. Our customers are mainly on the aquaculture industry, however, these tanks have also been used in waste water treatment plants and as swimming pools in many schools of Northeast Thailand where kids were able to learn swimming.

In aquaculture industry these are the uses that our customers gave to them:

  • Incoming water treatment or as a reservoir. These tanks can hold water previously treated in other systems or water can be directly treated in our tanks. Its material is resistant to chlorine, EDTA and other products frequently used in aquaculture industry.
  • Larviculture tanks. The design of the tanks allows installing a central drain and aeration at the bottom of the tanks for a proper mixing. We manufacture in the dimensions requested by our customer.
  • Nursing tanks. Due to the prevalence of several viral diseases in shrimp industry our customer have decided to nurse the animals during 20 to 30 days in plastic tanks prior to stocking in earthen ponds. This way stronger animals are stocked and higher growth and survival rates attained.
  • Grow-out tanks. Biofloc intensive systems are the example of the most common use of these tanks indoors.
  • Waste water treatment tanks. Effluents of your farm can be pumped and treated prior discharging into the environment.
  • Live feed production. These tanks have been used for microalgae, Moina and Artemia production.
  • Temporary holding tanks.

The main advantages of these tanks are:

  • Multiple uses.
  • Affordability.
  • Reduced cost.
  • Low maintenance.
  • Easy assembling and disassembling.
Please contact us for detailed information on costs and dimensions.

Again, thank you for visiting us.

Artemia culture in foldable tanks

The following pictures are of one of our customers that used our tanks for Artemia culture:

This set-up is very useful in hatcheries where Artemia is used in certain developmental stages. The tank can be placed close to the pond or tanks and Artemia directly fed to the animals. If the topography of the area allows, this can be fed by gravity into the nursing systems.

Shrimp hatchery and grow-out tanks

These tanks have multiple uses in hatchery and grow-out farms:

Use them as reservoir tanks for water treatment prior to its use. Easy to assemble and clean, they save time at this step of production. The area can be easily cleaned maintaining high standards of hygiene. Material is resistant to chlorine and other oxidants frequently used in farm environments.
Since the tanks can be easily disassembled, the area is free for other activities.

Some customers use them as larviculture tanks, while other nurse the PLs and further ongrowing. The picture on the top is a grow-out system on bioflocs.
